Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Cut open the top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add desired toppings and serve hot.
Notes
For a health boost, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and add veggies as toppings. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
