Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through.
  2. Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly.
  3. Cut open the top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  4. Add desired toppings and serve hot.
