Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning mix.
- Generously sprinkle the seasoning mix over the ribs and rub it into all sides.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and preheat it to 400°F (200°C).
- Using tongs, place the seasoned ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Air fry the ribs for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
- Brush on your favorite barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes to caramelize.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Once done, serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
Notes
Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
