Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds country style pork ribs Look for well-marbled ribs for the best flavor and tenderness.
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika Feel free to use hot or sweet smoked paprika as per taste.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used for a punchier taste.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Sea salt or kosher salt works best.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is best for more robust flavor.
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce Use your favorite brand for best flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning mix.
  2. Generously sprinkle the seasoning mix over the ribs and rub it into all sides.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and preheat it to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Using tongs, place the seasoned ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the ribs for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Brush on your favorite barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes to caramelize.
  3. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
  4. Once done, serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
