  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Feel free to use favorite spice blend or fresh herbs.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Essential for flavor enhancement.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Freshly cracked preferred.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened gnocchi with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through. Check for desired crispiness after 10 minutes and adjust cooking time if needed.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or garnish, such as marinara or garlic aioli.

Notes

For leftovers, cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also prep gnocchi in advance and refrigerate until ready to cook.
