- Remove the membrane from the pork tenderloin for better flavor absorption.

- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly into the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned pork in the air fryer basket in one even layer and air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for perfect doneness.
Finishing Touch
- Let the pork loin rest for about 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
Notes
