- In a medium bowl or a jar, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, and almond milk until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the chia seeds along with a pinch of sea salt until well mixed.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 2 to 3 minutes at room temperature to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
- Transfer the pudding to a serving bowl or jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Stir once after the first hour for even soaking.
- Serve chilled and add your favorite toppings like fresh berries or granola.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can also be frozen for up to a month, but the texture may change slightly upon thawing.
