  • 16 pieces cherry tomatoes Choose ripe, sweet ones for best flavor.
  • 16 pieces mini Bocconcini cheese balls Opt for fresh mozzarella for creamier texture.
  • 16 pieces olives Any variety, Kalamata or green work well.
  • 16 slices prosciutto or salami High-quality, thinly sliced meats elevate the dish.
  • 16 pieces grapes Fresh, juicy grapes add sweetness.
  • 1 handful fresh rosemary sprigs Adds aroma and enhances experience.
  • 1 handful raspberries For added color and taste.
  • 1 drizzle olive oil To enhance flavors.
  • 1 pinch salt To highlight the flavors.
  • 1 drizzle balsamic glaze For sweetness and tang.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
  2. Take a skewer and begin to add the ingredients in your desired order, starting with a cherry tomato.
  3. Continue adding a mini Bocconcini cheese ball, an olive, a folded piece of prosciutto, and a grape. Repeat until all skewers are filled.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a large plate in a circular shape to resemble a wreath.
  5. Tuck sprigs of rosemary between each skewer for aroma and color.
  6. Place a handful of raspberries in the center of the wreath.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the tomatoes and cheese, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
  8. Serve immediately at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For best flavor, assemble a few hours in advance and add oils before serving.
