Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
- Take a skewer and begin to add the ingredients in your desired order, starting with a cherry tomato.
- Continue adding a mini Bocconcini cheese ball, an olive, a folded piece of prosciutto, and a grape. Repeat until all skewers are filled.
- Arrange the skewers on a large plate in a circular shape to resemble a wreath.
- Tuck sprigs of rosemary between each skewer for aroma and color.
- Place a handful of raspberries in the center of the wreath.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the tomatoes and cheese, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
- Serve immediately at room temperature.
