- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, rinsing them under cold water and removing any loose leaves.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces and mix it with the Brussels sprouts.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring there’s space between them to prevent steaming.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for a bubbly finish.
