  • 1/4 cup chia seeds High in nutrients, forms pudding-like texture when soaked.
  • 2 cups almond milk Can use any milk of choice.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Opt for pure vanilla for the best flavor.
  • honey or maple syrup (to taste) Adjust sweetener according to preference.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mash your ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract into the mashed bananas, stirring until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix in the chia seeds, ensuring they’re evenly dispersed.
  4. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to individual jars. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours (or overnight).
  6. Once set, stir gently and serve, optionally topping with fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days in the fridge. Do not freeze due to texture changes.
