Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Look for bananas that are slightly spotty; they’ll be sweeter and easier to work with.
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Choose a good quality brand for best results.
  • 6 to 8 pieces skewers or popsicle sticks Invest in good quality sticks for durability.
  • as needed pieces fresh raspberries For snowman hats.
  • as needed pieces miniature dark chocolate chips For eyes and buttons.
  • as needed pieces dried mango Chopped into small triangles for noses.

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare your workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the dried mango into small triangles to serve as snowman noses.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds, stacking three slices per skewer for each snowman.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Dip each skewer with the stacked banana slices into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  2. Place dipped skewers on the parchment-lined baking sheet and decorate: add a raspberry for a hat, two dark chocolate chips for eyes, and a dried mango triangle for a nose.
  3. Freeze the creations for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later!

Notes

Keep any leftover snowmen in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. You can prepare them a day ahead and just add decorations before serving.
