Preparation
- Prepare your workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the dried mango into small triangles to serve as snowman noses.
- Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds, stacking three slices per skewer for each snowman.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
Assembly
- Dip each skewer with the stacked banana slices into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place dipped skewers on the parchment-lined baking sheet and decorate: add a raspberry for a hat, two dark chocolate chips for eyes, and a dried mango triangle for a nose.
- Freeze the creations for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later!
Notes
Keep any leftover snowmen in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. You can prepare them a day ahead and just add decorations before serving.
