Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets Look for fresh, wild-caught salmon for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Use high-quality mayo or a vegan alternative if preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce I love the Huy Fong brand—it’s simply delicious!
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce Adjust for extra heat.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed is ideal for that zesty flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Fresh garlic adds that unforgettable punch!
  • to Taste Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • as needed Chopped Green Onions for Garnish For a lovely color contrast.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and minced garlic. Mix well until you achieve a creamy, uniform sauce.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the prepared sauce generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Choose the freshest ingredients whenever possible, especially the salmon. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Prepare the sauce a day in advance for convenience.
