- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, and sweetener. Stir vigorously to prevent clumping.
- Allow the mixture to rest for about 10 minutes, then stir again to help chia seeds expand.
- Gently mix in the fresh blueberries without mashing them.
- Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or ideally overnight.
- Once ready to serve, stir again and serve chilled with extra blueberries or your favorite toppings.
Notes
This pudding lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.
