- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until well incorporated—about 2 minutes. Turn the mixer to medium once combined.
- Add the pureed blueberries and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
- Check the frosting's texture. If too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until the desired spreadable consistency is achieved.
- Spread or swirl the Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting on your desired baked goods.
