  • 8 oz Boursin cheese Soft and spreadable, look for the garlic & herb variety.
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped Medjool figs work wonders here.
  • 1/4 cup honey Feel free to substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped Pecans could be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped Fresh rosemary could work as well.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Brightens the dip and balances richness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to your liking.
  • Crackers or bread for serving Pair with artisan crackers, toasted baguette slices, or veggie sticks.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, chopped figs, honey, walnuts, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well blended using a rubber spatula.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with your choice of crackers or bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dip can be made a day in advance for richer flavors.
