- In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, chopped figs, honey, walnuts, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended using a rubber spatula.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of crackers or bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dip can be made a day in advance for richer flavors.
