  • 1 bag butterscotch chips Recommended brands: Guittard or Nestle.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Use high-quality peanut butter for best results.

Preparation
  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add peanuts, chow mein noodles, and potato chips. Gently mix to combine.
  3. In a separate, microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. Add creamy peanut butter and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted mixture into the bowl with the crunchy ingredients. Mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Drop dollops of the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheets using a spoon or cookie scoop.
  6. If the mixture hardens, microwave for 15-20 seconds to loosen.
  7. Let cool until firm for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

For storage, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate them to maintain firmness. They can also be made ahead of time and stored properly.
