Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in half of the sprinkles and your choice of white chocolate chips or M&M’s.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop balls of dough and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Slightly flatten each dough ball and sprinkle a few extra sprinkles on top for decoration.
Baking
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Serving
- Enjoy your cookies or package them beautifully for gifting.
Notes
These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. You can also refrigerate or freeze them for longer storage.
