Preparation
  1. Dice the apples into small, uniform pieces.
  2. Mix the diced apples with cinnamon and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Layering
  1. In serving cups, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
  2. Drizzle a layer of caramel sauce over the graham crackers.
  3. Add a layer of cinnamon apples on top of the caramel.
  4. Top with whipped cream, using a piping bag for decoration if desired.
  5. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top, if desired.
Chilling

Notes
