- Scrub and rinse the carrots thoroughly under running water. If the tops are looking clean, feel free to skip cutting them; otherwise, trim off the very top 1/2 inch or so.
- Using a juicer, feed the carrots, pineapple, and peeled ginger through the chute. If you’re using a blender, blend everything with a splash of water, then strain through a cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Pour your juice into a glass and feel free to give it a good stir before sipping!
Notes
Juice is best consumed immediately but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. To retain maximum freshness, fill the container to the top to minimize air exposure. Avoid using overly ripe pineapple, as it can lead to too much acidity in the juice.
