Preparation
- Mix the Catalina dressing, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced onion in a bowl until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour; overnight is best.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- Baste the chicken with the marinade halfway through baking for extra flavor.
- After baking, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispy finish, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
