Preparation
- Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat dry.
- Remove the green stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry.
Making the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until well combined and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
Filling the Strawberries
- Fill each hollowed-out strawberry using a piping bag or small spoon, allowing the filling to slightly overflow.
Topping
- Dust the tops of filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
- Optionally, add chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or colorful sprinkles.
Chilling and Serving
- Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving platter and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the filling. Fill strawberries no more than a few hours prior to serving for the best flavor and texture.
