  • 1 pint fresh strawberries Choose vibrant, firm strawberries; organic is best.
  • 225 grams cream cheese, softened Use Philadelphia cream cheese for its creamy texture.
  • 60 grams powdered sugar Sweetens the filling nicely.
  • 5 milliliters vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.
Topping Ingredients
  • 30 grams graham cracker crumbs Store-bought or homemade.
  • to taste chocolate drizzle Melt chocolate chips or use store-bought chocolate sauce.
  • to taste crushed nuts and/or sprinkles Use favorites for a decorative touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Remove the green stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry.
Making the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until well combined and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
Filling the Strawberries
  1. Fill each hollowed-out strawberry using a piping bag or small spoon, allowing the filling to slightly overflow.
Topping
  1. Dust the tops of filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Optionally, add chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or colorful sprinkles.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving platter and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the filling. Fill strawberries no more than a few hours prior to serving for the best flavor and texture.
