- Gather all your ingredients. If you’re using pre-cooked chicken and bacon, chop your bacon into bite-sized pieces and shred your chicken if it isn’t already.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, and chopped bacon. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, dried parsley, chives, dill, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Give your creation a good stir, and then taste. Adjust seasoning to your preference, adding more garlic or a pinch of salt if needed.
- Scoop your bowl into a serving dish or enjoy it straight from the mixing bowl! Garnish with a few extra herbs or a sprinkle of paprika for presentation.
Notes
You can batch prep the ingredients for easy meals. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This bowl is also suitable for freezing but is best eaten fresh.
