  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use a good quality cheese for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs For that irresistible, crunchy element!
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise A good quality mayo for a creamier texture.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Fresh juice is key for brightness.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds a wonderful depth of flavor.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced More if you love garlic!
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season well for maximum flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy and well blended. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped lettuce, and grated Parmesan. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture on top of each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the chicken mixture to create a delightful texture contrast.
  6. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice in half diagonally for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 48 hours. Assemble the wraps but wait to add the dressing and panko until right before serving for freshness.
