Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the pretzels evenly on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the caramel sauce until smooth and pourable.
- Pour the melted caramel evenly over the pretzels and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbling.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let sit for a few minutes before spreading them over the warm caramel.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts and a little sea salt on top.
- Allow the bark to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
