Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
- Roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce until uniform.
- Drizzle the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are coated.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm as an appetizer.
