Preparation
- Prepare your glasses by setting out two small plates. Add lemon juice on one plate and granulated sugar on the other.
- Wet the rim of a lowball glass with lemon juice, then dip it into the sugar to coat evenly. Repeat with the second glass.
Mixing the Cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
- Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes. Strain half of the gin mixture into the first glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
- Repeat the process for the second glass.
- Garnish each drink with a few sugared cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Christmas Gin Fizz!
Notes
Adjust sweetness to your preference. You can prepare the cocktail base in advance and add soda just before serving.
