Preparation
- Unwrap the Boursin cheese and place it on a large piece of saran wrap.
- Press the cheese together to blend.
- Mold the cheese into a triangle shape to resemble a Christmas tree.
- Transfer the shaped cheese to a serving plate.
- Insert pitted olives into the cheese for decoration.
- Add fresh rosemary sprigs in between the olives.
- Cut a star-shaped piece of cheese and place it on top.
- Serve with fresh bread or crispy crackers.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
