  • 450 grams Boursin cheese (shallot and chive flavor) Feel free to substitute with cream cheese mixed with fresh herbs.
  • 60 pieces pitted olives (mixed) Add color and flavor to the cheese tree.
  • 1 piece cheese for the star Use cheddar or gouda; cut with a star-shaped cookie cutter.
  • fresh rosemary For decoration and aroma.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Unwrap the Boursin cheese and place it on a large piece of saran wrap.
  2. Press the cheese together to blend.
  3. Mold the cheese into a triangle shape to resemble a Christmas tree.
  4. Transfer the shaped cheese to a serving plate.
  5. Insert pitted olives into the cheese for decoration.
  6. Add fresh rosemary sprigs in between the olives.
  7. Cut a star-shaped piece of cheese and place it on top.
  8. Serve with fresh bread or crispy crackers.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
