Preparation
  1. Slice the cinnamon roll bread into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches each.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until frothy.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter until bubbling.
Cooking
  1. Dip each piece of cinnamon roll bread into the egg mixture, coating well but not soaking.
  2. Place the coated bites in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove the bites from the skillet and drain briefly on paper towels.
