Preparation
- Slice the cinnamon roll bread into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches each.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until frothy.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter until bubbling.
Cooking
- Dip each piece of cinnamon roll bread into the egg mixture, coating well but not soaking.
- Place the coated bites in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the bites from the skillet and drain briefly on paper towels.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster or skillet.
