Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
Mixing
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
- Transfer the dough into a piping bag or a large zip-lock bag and pipe into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
Baking

- In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- Once the donuts are baked, let them cool slightly, then toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while still warm.
