Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks carefully.
  3. Blend the egg yolks with the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to a month. You can customize flavors with herbs or spices.
