- Let the batter sit for 5 minutes for extra fluffiness.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the skillet, aiming for 1/4 to 1/2 cup per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes more.
- Repeat with remaining batter, adjusting heat if necessary.
