  1. Allow the chicken to come to room temperature for even cooking.
  2. Zest the orange before juicing for maximum ease.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberries, fresh orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cranberry-orange mixture over the top, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months. Assemble everything in the baking dish and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking for make-ahead convenience.
