- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded white cheddar, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape or a log, depending on your preference.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve on a platter with an assortment of crackers or sliced vegetables.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can also freeze for up to 3 months.
