Preparation
  1. Peel and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a food processor. Aim for a smooth texture; no chunks here!
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Add garlic, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the food processor with the avocado. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy avocado sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of extra basil or chili flakes.
