  • 1 pound radishes, Stemmed, trimmed, and halved (about 3 cups) Choose fresh, firm radishes for the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, Extra virgin for richness and flavor You can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Enhances flavor—feel free to adjust based on your taste preference.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder Enhances the savory notes—don’t skip this one!
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Freshly ground is best for that extra kick!
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped For garnish to add a fresh touch.

Preparation
  1. Trim the stem and root ends of the radishes and slice each in half.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, toss the halved radishes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Place the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for about 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Once cooked, remove the radishes from the air fryer, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure radishes are at room temperature before tossing them with oil and seasonings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They do not freeze well. Prepping radishes ahead of time gives you convenience.
