Preparation
- Trim the stem and root ends of the radishes and slice each in half.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Cooking
- In a large bowl, toss the halved radishes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the radishes from the air fryer, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure radishes are at room temperature before tossing them with oil and seasonings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They do not freeze well. Prepping radishes ahead of time gives you convenience.
