Preparation
- Blend together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and toasted pecans in a blender until completely smooth—about 30 seconds.
- Add the scoop of protein powder and blend for just a few seconds to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, level the mixture with a spatula and place in the Ninja Creami; blend using the 'Lite Ice Cream' setting for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve in bowls or cones.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer; lasts about 2 weeks. For easier scooping, warm the ice cream scooper under hot water.
