  • 2 Tbsp pecans (toasted) Toast for 5-7 minutes in a dry skillet for maximum flavor.

Preparation
  1. Blend together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and toasted pecans in a blender until completely smooth—about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the scoop of protein powder and blend for just a few seconds to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, level the mixture with a spatula and place in the Ninja Creami; blend using the 'Lite Ice Cream' setting for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve in bowls or cones.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer; lasts about 2 weeks. For easier scooping, warm the ice cream scooper under hot water.
