- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, and baking powder until smooth. The batter should be airy but not overly runny.
- Pour the batter over the apples, spreading it evenly to create a unified cobbler.
Baking
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving to let the flavors meld together.
