  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until the dough comes together.
  4. Gently spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Generously brush the top of the dough with olive oil, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the texture feels firm to the touch.
  7. Allow the breadsticks to cool slightly, then cut them into sticks and serve warm.

Notes

For elegant presentation, serve with dips such as marinara or a tangy yogurt dip. Store unused breadsticks tightly sealed; can be frozen and reheated.
