- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnog, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt until smooth and well-combined.
Cooking
- Dip a slice of brioche into the eggnog mixture, coating both sides without soaking it.
- Place the coated slice on the preheated griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, topped with maple syrup and a dollop of eggnog whipped cream.
Notes
Ensure your eggs and eggnog are at room temperature for smooth blending. You can substitute dairy-free eggnog and non-dairy milk.
