- In a medium bowl, combine cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Place tortilla on a clean surface. Spread the cranberry cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a half inch space around edges.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cream cheese layer.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Unwrap and slice the roll into pinwheels about an inch thick.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.
Notes
These roll ups can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge. They also freeze well.
