  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For the ganache
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream Bailey's recommended for authentic taste
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar Sifted to avoid lumps

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking pan (about 9x9 inches) with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, adding 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Baking
  1. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  2. Bake for 20-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  3. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan for about 30 minutes.
Ganache Preparation
  1. Heat the heavy cream in the microwave until steaming (30-40 seconds).
  2. Pour it over the remaining chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, then mix in the Irish cream.
Finishing Touches
  1. Cut the cooled brownies into football shapes using a sharp knife.
  2. Dip each football-shaped brownie into the chocolate ganache and place on a wire rack to set.
  3. For quicker setting, refrigerate the brownies for about 30 minutes.
  4. Mix the sifted powdered sugar with the milk to create icing, then pipe laces on each brownie.
  5. Return brownies to the refrigerator for another 5 minutes to set.

Notes
