Baking
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan for about 30 minutes.
Ganache Preparation
- Heat the heavy cream in the microwave until steaming (30-40 seconds).
- Pour it over the remaining chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Stir until smooth, then mix in the Irish cream.
Finishing Touches
- Cut the cooled brownies into football shapes using a sharp knife.
- Dip each football-shaped brownie into the chocolate ganache and place on a wire rack to set.
- For quicker setting, refrigerate the brownies for about 30 minutes.
- Mix the sifted powdered sugar with the milk to create icing, then pipe laces on each brownie.
- Return brownies to the refrigerator for another 5 minutes to set.
