Preparation
  1. Chill the blue Hawaiian Punch, pineapple juice, and Sprite in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large punch bowl, pour in the 4 cups of blue Hawaiian Punch and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Stir gently for about 2 minutes.
  3. Scoop 2-3 cups of vanilla ice cream into small balls and set aside.
  4. Once mixed, gently fold in 2 cups of chilled Sprite.
  5. Serve in tall glasses or mason jars by first dropping a snowball into each glass and then pouring the punch mixture over it.
  6. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or a cherry for extra festivity.

Notes

For variations, consider using mango juice instead of pineapple, or add coconut rum for an adult version. Make the punch mixture ahead of time, adding ice cream just before serving.
