Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups Greek yogurt Use full-fat for creaminess; can substitute with low-fat.
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract.
Fruits
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced Can swap for raspberries or peaches.
  • 3/4 cup blueberries Packed with antioxidants.
Optional Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup granola Choose a no added sugar variety.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into an even layer.
  4. Scatter the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top. Optionally add granola.
Freezing
  1. Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely firm.
Serving
  1. Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before cutting into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Best enjoyed straight from the freezer for creamy texture.
