Preparation
- Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into an even layer.
- Scatter the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top. Optionally add granola.
Freezing
- Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely firm.
Serving
- Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before cutting into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Best enjoyed straight from the freezer for creamy texture.
