Preparation
- Combine 1.25 cups yogurt, hulled and chopped strawberries, 1 tablespoon honey, and 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth for about 30-45 seconds. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Using the same blender, combine another 1.25 cups yogurt, blackberries, 1 tablespoon honey, and 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- Spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into half of the ice cube tray compartments, filling each about three-quarters full. Spoon the blackberry yogurt mixture into the remaining compartments.
- Place the filled tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out and store them in a freezer-safe container or resealable bag for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
Store the bites in a single layer to prevent sticking. These treats can be prepared well in advance.
