Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and brush them with the garlic mixture.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Assembly
- Remove the chicken from the oven and shred it using two forks.
- Warm up the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the shredded chicken evenly among them.
- Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can prepare chicken ahead of time for quick assembly later.
