  • 1/4 cup brown sugar Can use coconut sugar as a substitute.
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Dairy-free if preferred.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the glaze.
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk For desired glaze consistency.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, whisking until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix, stirring until a soft dough forms that's easy to handle.
  5. On a clean, floured surface, roll the dough out into a rectangle, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Brush melted butter over the surface of the dough before evenly sprinkling it with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Tightly roll the dough into a log shape and slice it into rolls, each about 1-inch thick.
Baking
  1. Arrange the rolls in your prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  2. While the rolls bake, prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and just enough milk for your desired consistency.
  3. Drizzle the warm glaze over the fresh rolls and serve immediately for maximum indulgence.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute dairy milk with almond milk, use vegan butter, and replace cream cheese with a plant-based alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate.
