Preparation
- Begin by popping your 10 cups of popcorn. If you're using an air popper, this typically takes around 5-7 minutes. Transfer the freshly popped popcorn into a large, heat-proof bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and pourable.
- Pour the melted green candy over the popcorn and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Fold in the red M&M's, pretzel pieces, and marshmallows, being careful not to crush the popcorn.
- Melt the white chocolate chips using the same method and drizzle over the popcorn mix.
- If desired, add sprinkles to the mix.
- Spread the popcorn mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and harden for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Once set, break the popcorn into pieces and serve or package for gifting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can also be made a few days in advance without losing crunch.
