- In a large pitcher, combine the lemon-lime Kool-Aid, water, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and vodka. Stir well until fully mixed.
- Carefully pour in the ginger ale and give a gentle stir to incorporate without losing fizz.
- Rub honey around the rim of your serving glasses to help the red decorating sugar stick.
- Hold each glass over a bowl and pour red decorating sugar around the rim so it sticks.
- Fill each glass with ice before pouring in the Grinch Punch and stir if needed before serving.
Non-Alcoholic Version
- Follow the same preparation steps but omit the vodka and replace it with an equal amount of sparkling water or ginger beer.
Notes
Chill ingredients beforehand for a refreshing punch. To avoid a flat punch, add ginger ale last. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
