Preparation
- Place all popsicle ingredients into your blender.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing until smooth, around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks, freezing the mixture for 30 minutes if necessary to stabilize.
- Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Remove popsicles by running warm water over the molds for about 10 seconds.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes and pineapples for the best sweetness. Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
