Preparation
- Gather your mango, cherries, coconut cream, water, lemon juice, and salt. If using fresh fruits, wash and chop your mango into chunks and pit your cherries.
Blending
- In a blender, combine all popsicle ingredients. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency, around 1-2 minutes.
- For an added depth of flavor, let your blended mixture rest for a couple of minutes before blending again.
Molding
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to about 3/4 full.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours until solid.
Serving
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside for about 10 seconds before gently pulling them out.
- Bite into the refreshing goodness, and let the flavors burst in your mouth!
Notes
Store popsicles in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Experiment with different fruits to customize flavors.
