Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups mango (fresh or frozen) Using ripe, juicy mangoes will yield the best flavor. If using frozen, let them thaw slightly before blending.
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt I recommend almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 2-3 Tbsp raw honey (or agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan version) Adjust the sweetness to your taste. If your mangoes are especially sweet, you might need less honey.
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides Optional for added protein.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances the flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, add the mango, yogurt, honey, lime juice, collagen peptides (if using), and a pinch of salt. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy—about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Carefully pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds. Be sure to leave a little space at the top, as the mixture will expand when frozen.
  3. If your molds have a lid, you can insert the popsicle sticks now. If not, place the sticks in once the mixture is partially frozen (after about 1-2 hours).
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and let freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  5. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside for a few seconds, then gently pull them out. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure your blender is powerful enough to break down the mango smoothly; if not, add a splash of water. Avoid overfilling the molds, and ensure to use salt to amplify the flavor.
