Preparation
- Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender, starting with the watermelon, followed by the strawberries, lime juice, honey (if using), beet powder (if using), and salt (if using).
- Blend until smooth and well combined, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add a splash of water if it's too thick.
- Pour mixture into a popsicle mold, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- To remove, run warm water on the outside of the mold for about 10-15 seconds.
Notes
Store popsicles in an airtight freezer bag for up to two months. Feel free to customize with other fruits or flavors as desired.
